Who Am I?

I am a certified and enthusiastic coach who has been at it since 2010. I began my career as a teacher in Miami-Dade Public Schools and, alongside my students, learned that someone truly believing in you and pushing you to trust yourself is all it takes for a person to unlock their full power.

Upon leaving the classroom, I became a leadership coach in the non-profit sector and saw my clients and teams thrive and grow in ways they never believed were possible. Seeing the goals folx could achieve and the personal transformation they had with a coach ignited my passion and taught me that coaching is a catalyst that truly ignites change in peoples’ lives. Fueled by my love for people, I knew this was my purpose and that I needed to make coaching my life’s work. Inspired by the growth & power of folx when they are authentically themselves and let go of society’s expectations, I am passionate about getting to know people and serving as a spark for their transformation. I strive to challenge the status quo by bringing humanity and love to all spaces. I lead with empathy & put relationships first in my professional and personal life. I fundamentally believe that if you live into your true authenticity and invest in the full potential of people, the results follow. In fact, getting results while honoring the growth of people in the process is my jam. Whether coaching individuals or teams, I strive to help others see the power within them that I so innately see. I see myself as a partner with my clients and ensure that their experience is driven by them and unique for them. I bring an equity lens to my approach and promise you will have FUN in the process! I embarked on my Co- Active certification journey in 2020 and have never looked back, dedicating my career to co-creating new realities alongside people.

Outside of work, I am unabashedly myself at all times, even when that means drinking iced coffee in the dead of winter. I have a spontaneous spirit and love traveling to get to know people all around the world. A true nature lover, you can find me hiking or kayaking anytime the sun shines. When I’m not outside or on a plane, I’m salsa dancing, playing basketball, or curled up with a good book like the true nerd I am.
